Dolce&Gabbana's first homes in Marbella accumulate sales worth 250 million euros

Marbella has an appetite for branded residences, according to data provided this morning by Sierra Blanca States. The developer has announced that around 40% of the 92 units that make up Design Hills Dolce&Gabanna, which are designed by the Italian fashion brand, have already been acquired. The sales accumulated since September, when the project was made public, to date total a value of 250 million euros.

After the first marketing phase, which focused on VIP clients and loyal buyers of both companies, the market is now open to the rest of the public interested in acquiring some of the units, which start at an initial price of four million and go up to 20 million for the most special homes. "We wanted to take care of the marketing process of Design Hills, taking our time to explain the differential value and future significance of the project," said Luis Rodriguez, director of operations of the developer, in a statement.

In addition to the 92 homes divided into five buildings, the complex includes public spaces such as boulevards where fashion stores and art galleries, as well as leisure and gastronomic businesses are planned to be located. All the homes in the project will be between 280 and 900m2 with up to five bedrooms and will be fully furnished with exclusive creations by Dolce&Gabbana Casa.

The spaces and common areas, which both companies intend to resemble those of a luxury hotel, will house sports facilities, a spa and a private club for owners with services such as a cinema room, cigar cellar or library, among others. The project also includes a pool club with a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, an indoor heated pool, a solarium area with private beds and loungers, and even its own ice cream parlor.
